We are excited to announce a major update to our customer support: Live Support via iMessage! This enhancement is designed to offer faster and more convenient assistance, allowing your payees to receive real-time help directly through iMessage.

This new support channel transforms how payees interact with our support team by bringing assistance directly to their fingertips through a platform they already use daily. The integration with iMessage creates a seamless support experience that feels natural and familiar, allowing them to engage in real-time conversations with our support team using the same interface they use to communicate with friends and family.

Getting help through our new iMessage support system is straightforward. Payees simply need to navigate to their dashboard and locate the support link. Once they click on this support link, they will be presented with multiple contact options, including our new Live Support feature.

Business Hours and Availability

Our Live Support via iMessage operates during standard business hours, specifically on weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time. During these hours, payees can expect real-time assistance from our dedicated support team. When payees contact us outside of our standard business hours, they can leave a message explaining their concern or question, and our team will prioritize responding on the next business day.
