Our Live Support is expanding! In addition to iMessage, your payees can now also access real-time assistance directly through WhatsApp!
This means even more convenient and faster support for your payees, ensuring they can connect with our team through their preferred messaging app.
Payees can access Live Support by clicking the support link on their dashboard. After clicking the support link, they will see the option to contact us via Live Support through either iMessage or WhatsApp.
Business Hours and Availability
Our Live Support via WhatsApp operates during standard business hours, specifically on weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time. During these hours, payees can expect real-time assistance from our dedicated support team. When payees contact us outside of our standard business hours, they can leave a detailed message explaining their concern or question, and our team will prioritize responding on the next business day.
